PLEASE HELP! iM DESPERATE!?

My new born brother (2 days old), be sent to a sick children's hospital. The doctor said that he had a commandeering. But nobody in our people had a tremor before. Can you please explain to me why he got one? THANK YOU SOO MUCH!PLEASE HELP! iM DESPERATE!?
Well, seizure often aren't heritable. It is rare for someone his age to draw from one, but it does happen. I'd loaf for the doctors diagnosis. He may have epilepsy, a condition within which people go and get seizures periodically.
