Risks of getting a small tattoo after have mono a few years ago?

I'm thinking of getting a tattoo on my ankle (if any of you are Harry Potter fans, I be thinking about getting the bleak mark, the one from accounts, not the movie version). I had mono around Christmas of 2004, and my aunt said that have mono puts you more at risk of getting an infection with a tattoo because it's other in your bloodstream. I really really want to attain this tattoo, and I hope someone knows any more information!Risks of getting a small tattoo after have mono a few years ago?
Absolutely false. Think almost it: college kids are the largest demographic aquiring tattoos, but also the biggest demographic for current and past infections of mono.
Mono is in fact a strain of herpes. While it IS true that it stays in your bloodstream forever, it, close to many other forms of herpes, become harmless after a indubitable amount of time.
Although, if you have be prone in former times to recurrent mono after trama or stress, I would keep on until you are fully in control of the virus.
Otherwise, dance for it. Healing a tattoo takes no more strength than curative a scrape. It is a hugely minor injury, and you would have to be seriously ailing to be at any risk of not being competent to heal it.
I hold never heard of that. Maybe you can and possibly she is trying to scare you into not getting one.
nah. she is wrong...
