i'll wake up at 6:00 o'clock and exercise, should i get through something before?
how long after i exercise should i put away again?
what the best way to work abs besides crunches?

what i do is i begin my own am regimen here's how i conduct mine i brew myself some green tea and i put away a small bowl of oats and honey, this very correct for you besides it gives you a.m. get-up-and-go i drink a glass of liquid, i have citrus trees so i craft my own, for now its tangerines..i win outside and i walk ..i sometimes pace a mile sometimes 2-3 depending how i feel..i return and i drink some cold green tea and ginseng and a buoyant lunch,,i do my added daily duties and work..i do sit ups and cardio on the treadmill..or i lift an evening stroll in our forested property..the point is ..to freshly exercise and the vegan burger they are OK ..any soy product is protein but read ingredients first not adjectives are pure soy some contain animal byproducts ,tallow fats etc..i prefer making my own from fresh soy or adzuki beans I'm not a lacto-vegetarian per se, but i eat mostly lacto-vegetarian type food and i avoid red meats,,white i prefer over red..put away crunchy vegetables too if you crave junk food,,
