I have a minor headache. Today, I have to stay after school to fashion up a test. Then I come home and watched hours of t.v while playing on the computer. Then I go downstairs and watch t.v as I ate dinner. I merely finished my homework and I'm still having a headache. Now I still own to wash my fleece. What should I do to get my headache away. And should I blow dry my hair right after I'm done?Please Help! I own a headache!?

grasp off the computer! that will stress it more!
lay down surrounded by dim lights with gentle. Get an ice pack if it help.
