Severe gas and indigestion and burning burps. What could be the produce.?

I haven't eaten any spicy foods surrounded by three months. I had grilled food yesterday. and salads adjectives week. Please help.Severe gas and indigestion and burning burps. What could be the produce.?
This is similar to what the symptoms I own and it turned out I have a Hiatal Hernia and G.E.R.D. Have you tried anything over the counter for it? Try Zantac or something similar to that for relief. Prilosec is supposed to serve too. With the medicine I am on, I have to have a prescription for something and will be on it for duration. Don't eat for at lowest two hours before you shift to bed. Elevate your head or the cranium of your bed about 6 inches. If you are overweight they recommend a substance loss program. I have put a couple of sites that explain duplicate thing I own said. I hope this has help.
You may have to copy and attach the addresses into your pattern browser. I couldn't get them copied right. One is for WebMd and the other is for Cleveland Clinic after look up Hiatal Hernia
You might have a hiatal hernia. That happen when the muscle between your esophagus and stomach is weakened. This muscle is call a sphincter. This allows for acid to reflux into the esophagus, cut of the stomach might be protruding up to the esophagus. Hiatal hernias though are easily repaired. You might also enjoy reflux disease. These can be confirmed or ruled out w/ an Xray.
Have you had your gallbladder tested? Although it does nouns like the hernia mentioned within the other answers I was wondering if you still have your gallbladder? Is it just spicy foods? Is at hand a time limit as to when you chomp through and when the problems occur?
