Please facilitate!! how can you lend a hand a human being within withdrawls from taking methadone, if they won't be hospitalized?

He doesn't want to go be hospitalized, but he is surrounded by serious withdrawls, WHAT do I do, should I give him tough love, or what?any recommend would help!!!Please facilitate!! how can you lend a hand a human being within withdrawls from taking methadone, if they won't be hospitalized?
He may perceive like dying, but he won't. As disagreeable as opiates are, the withdrawals can't put to death you, so if he's refusing to run to a hospital, his only other opportunity is detox at a treatment center, or using again. Is he choosing to get verbs and this is why he's withdrawaling? If this is the case, fitting luck, and I'd suggest getting him into residential treatment asap b/c even if he makes it through the the withdrawal, in a couple weeks there's an extremely big probability he'll relapse. I'm an addictions counselor for teens, so I'd close to to think I know what I'm suggesting here. Good luck.
You inevitability to put yourself first. Are you in a safe and sound position? I've worked with inhabitants in bill who have gotten brutal. If your health is surrounded by danger, phone call the police. If his health is surrounded by danger, he wishes to go to the hospital. You can't shove the pill down his throat, but he isn't surrounded by the correct state of mind to decide whether or not he should be see by somebody.
