I have to coach a high university summer school class (9th-12th grade) a well-mannered way to relieve stress for going on for 15min. Any ideas?Relieving Stress?
Stress can arise for a range of reasons. Any revise in our lives can be stressful. In dealing beside stress, the lifestyle needs a complete overhaul. do some stretching exercises or listen to classical music.
I usually read a magazine or book because it take me to another place. Word games are good for focus elsewhere. Weather and nouns permitting, walking is even better.
I usually step out, have some fresh nouns, sit down, close my eyes and listen to my favorite music on my mp3 player or ipod.
If i can't go out, i sit on a comfortable stool, with my d¨|colletage rest pillow (or massaging my nouns coz it stiffens from stress) and i try to take open breath with my eyes closed.
Try them and they might work for u too.
