Why do you have a pulse contained by your penis?
I thought you only get a pulse when you had a vein(or be it muscle?) over a bone (i.e. Finger, wrist)Pulse surrounded by penis?
Through any vein or artery, when your heart pumps, the blood moves through your body. It's not flowing constantly similar to a river. Every pump, it moves. So the pulse in your penis is simply the blood moving everytime the heart pumps.
