Please Help me Figure Out How To...?

Ok it's like this, I started coughing kinda roughly something like a week ago, but when I got home on Friday the pressure within my sinuses started building. So that night i used some nasal spray and surrounded by the morning the pressure and hurt were gone, but the drainage go to the side of my sinuses that i was sleeping on.And immediately i can't breathe through the left side of my antenna.Does anyone know how i can fix this probblem?Please Help me Figure Out How To...?

mix hot hose down with some kosher brackish, then put it within a nasal aspirator. squeze the water into your snout wile standing over a sink. b sur not to laugh becuz if u do the hose may enter your lung.
