I have a prenatal pilates video so I can maintain in shape through my pregnancy, but everytime I do it, I freshly end up next to a sore neck. Are here any Pilates gurus out there to give an account me what I am doing wrong in my techinque?Pilates = sore d¨|colletage?
This happen to me when I do not concentrate on my form. When you are holding your head & nouns off the ground, try to concentrate on "chief with the shoulders" not your skipper. If it helps, pick a spot on the wall or ceiling to focus on.
