Piercings?

I just get my tongue pierced about 30 minutes ago. and i am unsure what to do to save it clean... for anyone who have one... can i use toothpaste? what are some good ways to sustain it heal faster?Piercings?
When I have my tongue done, I used the regular (not mint or citrus) Listerine mouthwash, rinsing several times a day, especially after drinking or drinking (except water). They suggest you not smoke or drink alcohol afterwards as well. I did neither, but I know population who have minus any major concerns.
You can also use tooth pulp, the hard constituent is going to be learning to use your tongue adjectives over again. I had to re-teach myself to bargain, eat, kiss and whistle. lol

you can brush your teeth but instead of brushing your tounge, use plenty of mouth purify, and gargle salt hose as well...newly don't swallow
whoever pireced it should have told u how to run care of it. in attendance are certian piercing products u can get for it but yes u can use toothepaste and self say win mouth wash.
