Pinched Nerve or Spontaneous Pneumothorax?

I had a spontaneous pneumothorax almost 6 weeks ago. this was confirmed beside a ct scan using injected dye.
it felt resembling i had another 2 weeks then so was sent rotten for chest x-rays. these came put a bet on clear - no shadows/infections etc.
it felt resembling i had another today so rotten i went to the doctors. he poked and proded and asked the varied questions.
i be diagnosed by physiotherapy few years back that i am slighly hyper-mobile contained by my joints after an injury to one of my finger joint at work.
the doctor said my shoulder blade move quite a bit and the said it be a pinched nerve cause the pain surrounded by the chest making it feel resembling a lung collapse.
The last 2 i be doing housework, using my left arm which is the side i discern the pain on everytime. but the first which be definitely an SP i be asleep and it was around 2 surrounded by the morning i woke with headache.
anyone else think this is the plausible reason or have someone else experienced these symptoms and found out it was something serious?Pinched Nerve or Spontaneous Pneumothorax?

Pain stinks.I live it every afternoon.
Just do some warm up exercises and work out the stiff muscles, it will shift away. We all hold the same from time to time by lately falling asleep in the wrong position.
Also try a roast pad contained by that area
